Checklist

Before the listing is placed in the MLS the following need to be provided to the Listforfee.com office:

• The Signed Listing Agreement
• The fully filed out and signed Residential Property Disclosure Form*.
• For properties built prior to 1978 a filled out and signed Lead-based Paint Disclosure Form*.
• If payment is made by check or money order, please send it to our office.  Please allow 3-10 business days for funds to clear, before lisitng is placed on MLS.

All of the above required documents needs to be faxed to (847)348-0335 or mailed to Listforfee.com 807 N Mulligan Ct, Palatine IL 60067 before listing can be placed on MLS.
